In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the All-Merciful
اِنَّاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنَا نُوۡحًا اِلٰی قَوۡمِہٖۤ اَنۡ اَنۡذِرۡ قَوۡمَکَ مِنۡ قَبۡلِ اَنۡ یَّاۡتِیَہُمۡ عَذَابٌ اَلِیۡمٌ ﴿۱﴾
1. Indeed, We sent Nuh (Noah) to his people, (saying:) ‘Warn your people before a painful punishment overtakes them.’
إنا أرسلنا نوحا إلى قومه أن أنذر قومك من قبل أن يأتيهم عذاب أليم
(نُوْح، 71 : 1)
یَغۡفِرۡ لَکُمۡ مِّنۡ ذُنُوۡبِکُمۡ وَ یُؤَخِّرۡکُمۡ اِلٰۤی اَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّی ؕ اِنَّ اَجَلَ اللّٰہِ اِذَا جَآءَ لَا یُؤَخَّرُ ۘ لَوۡ کُنۡتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُوۡنَ ﴿۴﴾
4. He will forgive your sins and grant you respite until an appointed time. Indeed, when Allah’s (appointed) time comes, it cannot be deferred if only you knew.’
يغفر لكم من ذنوبكم ويؤخركم إلى أجل مسمى إن أجل الله إذا جاء لا يؤخر لو كنتم تعلمون
(نُوْح، 71 : 4)
وَ اِنِّیۡ کُلَّمَا دَعَوۡتُہُمۡ لِتَغۡفِرَ لَہُمۡ جَعَلُوۡۤا اَصَابِعَہُمۡ فِیۡۤ اٰذَانِہِمۡ وَ اسۡتَغۡشَوۡا ثِیَابَہُمۡ وَ اَصَرُّوۡا وَ اسۡتَکۡبَرُوا اسۡتِکۡبَارًا ۚ﴿۷﴾
7. Every time I call them (towards faith) so that You may forgive them, they put their fingers in their ears, cover their heads with their garments, persist (in their disbelief) and act more proudly in their arrogance.
وإني كلما دعوتهم لتغفر لهم جعلوا أصابعهم في آذانهم واستغشوا ثيابهم وأصروا واستكبروا استكبارا
(نُوْح، 71 : 7)
قَالَ نُوۡحٌ رَّبِّ اِنَّہُمۡ عَصَوۡنِیۡ وَ اتَّبَعُوۡا مَنۡ لَّمۡ یَزِدۡہُ مَالُہٗ وَ وَلَدُہٗۤ اِلَّا خَسَارًا ﴿ۚ۲۱﴾
21. Nuh (Noah) said: ‘My Lord! They have disobeyed me, following those (rebellious elites) whose wealth and children have increased them in nothing but loss.
قال نوح رب إنهم عصوني واتبعوا من لم يزده ماله وولده إلا خسارا
(نُوْح، 71 : 21)
وَ قَالُوۡا لَا تَذَرُنَّ اٰلِہَتَکُمۡ وَ لَا تَذَرُنَّ وَدًّا وَّ لَا سُوَاعًا ۬ۙ وَّ لَا یَغُوۡثَ وَ یَعُوۡقَ وَ نَسۡرًا ﴿ۚ۲۳﴾
23. They say: ‘Do not leave your gods at any cost. Do not abandon Wadd or Suwa‘ or Yaghuth or Ya‘uq or Nasr (all of these idols).’
وقالوا لا تذرن آلهتكم ولا تذرن ودا ولا سواعا ولا يغوث ويعوق ونسرا
(نُوْح، 71 : 23)
مِمَّا خَطِیۡٓــٰٔتِہِمۡ اُغۡرِقُوۡا فَاُدۡخِلُوۡا نَارًا ۬ۙ فَلَمۡ یَجِدُوۡا لَہُمۡ مِّنۡ دُوۡنِ اللّٰہِ اَنۡصَارًا ﴿۲۵﴾
25. Because of their evildoings, they were drowned and admitted into the Fire. So they did not find any helpers for themselves against Allah.
مما خطيئاتهم أغرقوا فأدخلوا نارا فلم يجدوا لهم من دون الله أنصارا
(نُوْح، 71 : 25)
اِنَّکَ اِنۡ تَذَرۡہُمۡ یُضِلُّوۡا عِبَادَکَ وَ لَا یَلِدُوۡۤا اِلَّا فَاجِرًا کَفَّارًا ﴿۲۷﴾
27. If You leave them, they will certainly lead Your servants astray, and they will give birth only to vicious sinners (and) staunch disbelievers.
إنك إن تذرهم يضلوا عبادك ولا يلدوا إلا فاجرا كفارا
(نُوْح، 71 : 27)
رَبِّ اغۡفِرۡ لِیۡ وَ لِوَالِدَیَّ وَ لِمَنۡ دَخَلَ بَیۡتِیَ مُؤۡمِنًا وَّ لِلۡمُؤۡمِنِیۡنَ وَ الۡمُؤۡمِنٰتِ ؕ وَ لَا تَزِدِ الظّٰلِمِیۡنَ اِلَّا تَبَارًا ﴿٪۲۸﴾
