ہُوَ الَّذِیۡ یُسَیِّرُکُمۡ فِی الۡبَرِّ وَ الۡبَحۡرِ ؕ حَتّٰۤی اِذَا کُنۡتُمۡ فِی الۡفُلۡکِ ۚ وَ جَرَیۡنَ بِہِمۡ بِرِیۡحٍ طَیِّبَۃٍ وَّ فَرِحُوۡا بِہَا جَآءَتۡہَا رِیۡحٌ عَاصِفٌ وَّ جَآءَہُمُ الۡمَوۡجُ مِنۡ کُلِّ مَکَانٍ وَّ ظَنُّوۡۤا اَنَّہُمۡ اُحِیۡطَ بِہِمۡ ۙ دَعَوُا اللّٰہَ مُخۡلِصِیۡنَ لَہُ الدِّیۡنَ ۬ۚ لَئِنۡ اَنۡجَیۡتَنَا مِنۡ ہٰذِہٖ لَنَکُوۡنَنَّ مِنَ الشّٰکِرِیۡنَ ﴿۲۲﴾

22. He is the One Who carries you over land and sea. When you are in ships, and they are sailing with passengers with a pleasant wind, rejoicing therein, suddenly a wave overtakes them from every side, and they feel that they are being besieged. (In this situation,) they invoke Allah, being sincere to Him in devotion, (saying:) ‘If you deliver us from this (calamity), we will most certainly be among the grateful.’
