In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the All-Merciful
تَبٰرَکَ الَّذِیۡ نَزَّلَ الۡفُرۡقَانَ عَلٰی عَبۡدِہٖ لِیَکُوۡنَ لِلۡعٰلَمِیۡنَ نَذِیۡرَا ۙ﴿۱﴾
1. Blessed is He Who sent down the Criterion (i.e. the Qur’an) upon His (esteemed) servant, that he may be a warner to the whole world.
تبارك الذي نزل الفرقان على عبده ليكون للعالمين نذيرا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 1)
ۣالَّذِیۡ لَہٗ مُلۡکُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ الۡاَرۡضِ وَ لَمۡ یَتَّخِذۡ وَلَدًا وَّ لَمۡ یَکُنۡ لَّہٗ شَرِیۡکٌ فِی الۡمُلۡکِ وَ خَلَقَ کُلَّ شَیۡءٍ فَقَدَّرَہٗ تَقۡدِیۡرًا ﴿۲﴾
2. He (is the One) Who owns the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, Who did not take a son, Who has no partner in (His) Kingdom and Who created everything and then designed it with precisely programmed measure.
الذي له ملك السماوات والأرض ولم يتخذ ولدا ولم يكن له شريك في الملك وخلق كل شيء فقدره تقديرا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 2)
وَ اتَّخَذُوۡا مِنۡ دُوۡنِہٖۤ اٰلِہَۃً لَّا یَخۡلُقُوۡنَ شَیۡئًا وَّ ہُمۡ یُخۡلَقُوۡنَ وَ لَا یَمۡلِکُوۡنَ لِاَنۡفُسِہِمۡ ضَرًّا وَّ لَا نَفۡعًا وَّ لَا یَمۡلِکُوۡنَ مَوۡتًا وَّ لَا حَیٰوۃً وَّ لَا نُشُوۡرًا ﴿۳﴾
3. Yet they have taken gods besides Him, who do not create anything and have themselves been created, and who have no control over their own harm or benefit, and have no control over (their own) death, life or resurrection.
واتخذوا من دونه آلهة لا يخلقون شيئا وهم يخلقون ولا يملكون لأنفسهم ضرا ولا نفعا ولا يملكون موتا ولا حياة ولا نشورا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 3)
وَ قَالَ الَّذِیۡنَ کَفَرُوۡۤا اِنۡ ہٰذَاۤ اِلَّاۤ اِفۡکُۨ افۡتَرٰىہُ وَ اَعَانَہٗ عَلَیۡہِ قَوۡمٌ اٰخَرُوۡنَ ۚۛ فَقَدۡ جَآءُوۡ ظُلۡمًا وَّ زُوۡرًا ۚ﴿ۛ۴﴾
4. The disbelievers say: ‘This is nothing but a lie which he has fabricated, and other people have helped him in (forging) it.’ So they have indeed come out with wrongdoing and falsehood.
وقال الذين كفروا إن هذا إلا إفك افتراه وأعانه عليه قوم آخرون فقد جاؤوا ظلما وزورا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 4)
وَ قَالُوۡۤا اَسَاطِیۡرُ الۡاَوَّلِیۡنَ اکۡتَتَبَہَا فَہِیَ تُمۡلٰی عَلَیۡہِ بُکۡرَۃً وَّ اَصِیۡلًا ﴿۵﴾
5. And they say: ‘(This Qur’an comprises) the fables of the ancients, and they are dictated to him morning and evening.’
وقالوا أساطير الأولين اكتتبها فهي تملى عليه بكرة وأصيلا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 5)
قُلۡ اَنۡزَلَہُ الَّذِیۡ یَعۡلَمُ السِّرَّ فِی السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ الۡاَرۡضِ ؕ اِنَّہٗ کَانَ غَفُوۡرًا رَّحِیۡمًا ﴿۶﴾
6. Say: ‘He Who knows every secret in the heavens and the earth has sent it down. Surely, He is the Most Forgiving, All-Merciful.’
قل أنزله الذي يعلم السر في السماوات والأرض إنه كان غفورا رحيما
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 6)
وَ قَالُوۡا مَالِ ہٰذَا الرَّسُوۡلِ یَاۡکُلُ الطَّعَامَ وَ یَمۡشِیۡ فِی الۡاَسۡوَاقِ ؕ لَوۡ لَاۤ اُنۡزِلَ اِلَیۡہِ مَلَکٌ فَیَکُوۡنَ مَعَہٗ نَذِیۡرًا ۙ﴿۷﴾
7. And they say: ‘What is the matter with this Messenger that he eats food and goes around in the markets? Why has an angel not been sent down to him to be a warner along with him?
وقالوا مال هذا الرسول يأكل الطعام ويمشي في الأسواق لولا أنزل إليه ملك فيكون معه نذيرا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 7)
اَوۡ یُلۡقٰۤی اِلَیۡہِ کَنۡزٌ اَوۡ تَکُوۡنُ لَہٗ جَنَّۃٌ یَّاۡکُلُ مِنۡہَا ؕ وَ قَالَ الظّٰلِمُوۡنَ اِنۡ تَتَّبِعُوۡنَ اِلَّا رَجُلًا مَّسۡحُوۡرًا ﴿۸﴾
8. Or (why is not) a treasure thrown to him, or (why does) he (not) have a garden from which he may eat?’ And the wrongdoers say: ‘You are just following a bewitched man (who is deprived of reason).’
أو يلقى إليه كنز أو تكون له جنة يأكل منها وقال الظالمون إن تتبعون إلا رجلا مسحورا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 8)
تَبٰرَکَ الَّذِیۡۤ اِنۡ شَآءَ جَعَلَ لَکَ خَیۡرًا مِّنۡ ذٰلِکَ جَنّٰتٍ تَجۡرِیۡ مِنۡ تَحۡتِہَا الۡاَنۡہٰرُ ۙ وَ یَجۡعَلۡ لَّکَ قُصُوۡرًا ﴿۱۰﴾
10. Blessed is He Who will grant you better than that if He pleases—gardens with rivers flowing beneath them. Moreover, He will give you palaces.
تبارك الذي إن شاء جعل لك خيرا من ذلك جنات تجري من تحتها الأنهار ويجعل لك قصورا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 10)
وَ اِذَاۤ اُلۡقُوۡا مِنۡہَا مَکَانًا ضَیِّقًا مُّقَرَّنِیۡنَ دَعَوۡا ہُنَالِکَ ثُبُوۡرًا ﴿ؕ۱۳﴾
13. And when they are thrown into a narrow place inside it, bound together (in chains), they will pray for (their instant) annihilation.
وإذا ألقوا منها مكانا ضيقا مقرنين دعوا هنا لك ثبورا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 13)
قُلۡ اَذٰلِکَ خَیۡرٌ اَمۡ جَنَّۃُ الۡخُلۡدِ الَّتِیۡ وُعِدَ الۡمُتَّقُوۡنَ ؕ کَانَتۡ لَہُمۡ جَزَآءً وَّ مَصِیۡرًا ﴿۱۵﴾
15. Say: ‘Is that better, or the everlasting Paradise promised to the God-conscious, which will be their reward and destination?
قل أذلك خير أم جنة الخلد التي وعد المتقون كانت لهم جزاء ومصيرا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 15)
وَ یَوۡمَ یَحۡشُرُہُمۡ وَ مَا یَعۡبُدُوۡنَ مِنۡ دُوۡنِ اللّٰہِ فَیَقُوۡلُ ءَاَنۡتُمۡ اَضۡلَلۡتُمۡ عِبَادِیۡ ہٰۤؤُلَآءِ اَمۡ ہُمۡ ضَلُّوا السَّبِیۡلَ ﴿ؕ۱۷﴾
17. On the Day when He shall gather them along with what they used to worship besides Allah, He will say: ‘Were it you (i.e. the false gods) who led these servants of Mine astray, or did they stray from the way (on their own)?’
ويوم يحشرهم وما يعبدون من دون الله فيقول أأنتم أضللتم عبادي هؤلاء أم هم ضلوا السبيل
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 17)
قَالُوۡا سُبۡحٰنَکَ مَا کَانَ یَنۡۢبَغِیۡ لَنَاۤ اَنۡ نَّتَّخِذَ مِنۡ دُوۡنِکَ مِنۡ اَوۡلِیَآءَ وَ لٰکِنۡ مَّتَّعۡتَہُمۡ وَ اٰبَآءَہُمۡ حَتّٰی نَسُوا الذِّکۡرَ ۚ وَ کَانُوۡا قَوۡمًۢا بُوۡرًا ﴿۱۸﴾
18. They will say: ‘Glory be to You. It was not right for us to take any guardians besides You! But You made them and their fathers enjoy (the comforts of the world) until they forgot the Reminder. And they were a ruined people.’
قالوا سبحانك ما كان ينبغي لنا أن نتخذ من دونك من أولياء ولكن متعتهم وآباءهم حتى نسوا الذكر وكانوا قوما بورا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 18)
فَقَدۡ کَذَّبُوۡکُمۡ بِمَا تَقُوۡلُوۡنَ ۙ فَمَا تَسۡتَطِیۡعُوۡنَ صَرۡفًا وَّ لَا نَصۡرًا ۚ وَ مَنۡ یَّظۡلِمۡ مِّنۡکُمۡ نُذِقۡہُ عَذَابًا کَبِیۡرًا ﴿۱۹﴾
19. (The idolators will be told:) ‘They (the false gods) have denied your claims. So you shall neither be able to avert (the punishment) nor find (any) help.’ And whoever among you commits wrong, We shall make him taste a terrible punishment.
فقد كذبوكم بما تقولون فما تستطيعون صرفا ولا نصرا ومن يظلم منكم نذقه عذابا كبيرا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 19)
وَ مَاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنَا قَبۡلَکَ مِنَ الۡمُرۡسَلِیۡنَ اِلَّاۤ اِنَّہُمۡ لَیَاۡکُلُوۡنَ الطَّعَامَ وَ یَمۡشُوۡنَ فِی الۡاَسۡوَاقِ ؕ وَ جَعَلۡنَا بَعۡضَکُمۡ لِبَعۡضٍ فِتۡنَۃً ؕ اَتَصۡبِرُوۡنَ ۚ وَ کَانَ رَبُّکَ بَصِیۡرًا ﴿٪۲۰﴾
20. We never sent any messengers before you who did not eat food and walk in marketplaces. And We have made some of you a means of trial for others (to see) if you can be patient. And your Lord is All-Seeing.
وما أرسلنا قبلك من المرسلين إلا إنهم ليأكلون الطعام ويمشون في الأسواق وجعلنا بعضكم لبعض فتنة أتصبرون وكان ربك بصيرا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 20)
وَ قَالَ الَّذِیۡنَ لَا یَرۡجُوۡنَ لِقَآءَنَا لَوۡ لَاۤ اُنۡزِلَ عَلَیۡنَا الۡمَلٰٓئِکَۃُ اَوۡ نَرٰی رَبَّنَا ؕ لَقَدِ اسۡتَکۡبَرُوۡا فِیۡۤ اَنۡفُسِہِمۡ وَ عَتَوۡ عُتُوًّا کَبِیۡرًا ﴿۲۱﴾
21. And those who do not hope for Our meeting say: ‘Why have not the angels been sent down upon us? Or why do we not see our Lord?’ Indeed, they are full of arrogance within themselves and have become highly defiant.
وقال الذين لا يرجون لقاءنا لولا أنزل علينا الملائكة أو نرى ربنا لقد استكبروا في أنفسهم وعتو عتوا كبيرا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 21)
یَوۡمَ یَرَوۡنَ الۡمَلٰٓئِکَۃَ لَا بُشۡرٰی یَوۡمَئِذٍ لِّلۡمُجۡرِمِیۡنَ وَ یَقُوۡلُوۡنَ حِجۡرًا مَّحۡجُوۡرًا ﴿۲۲﴾
22. The Day they will see the angels, there will be no good news for the guilty that Day. And they (the angels) will say: ‘(Paradise is) totally prohibited (for you).’
يوم يرون الملائكة لا بشرى يومئذ للمجرمين ويقولون حجرا محجورا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 22)
اَلۡمُلۡکُ یَوۡمَئِذِۣ الۡحَقُّ لِلرَّحۡمٰنِ ؕ وَ کَانَ یَوۡمًا عَلَی الۡکٰفِرِیۡنَ عَسِیۡرًا ﴿۲۶﴾
26. the true kingdom on that Day shall belong to the Most-Compassionate (Lord), and it will be a hard day for the disbelievers.
الملك يومئذ الحق للرحمن وكان يوما على الكافرين عسيرا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 26)
وَ یَوۡمَ یَعَضُّ الظَّالِمُ عَلٰی یَدَیۡہِ یَقُوۡلُ یٰلَیۡتَنِی اتَّخَذۡتُ مَعَ الرَّسُوۡلِ سَبِیۡلًا ﴿۲۷﴾
27. The Day when every wrongdoer will bite his hands (in frustration), saying: ‘I wish I had followed the path (of truth) with the Messenger!
ويوم يعض الظالم على يديه يقول يا ليتني اتخذت مع الرسول سبيلا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 27)
لَقَدۡ اَضَلَّنِیۡ عَنِ الذِّکۡرِ بَعۡدَ اِذۡ جَآءَنِیۡ ؕ وَ کَانَ الشَّیۡطٰنُ لِلۡاِنۡسَانِ خَذُوۡلًا ﴿۲۹﴾
29. Indeed, he led me astray from the Reminder after it had reached me, and Satan has always been one to desert humankind.’
لقد أضلني عن الذكر بعد إذ جاءني وكان الشيطان للإنسان خذولا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 29)
وَ کَذٰلِکَ جَعَلۡنَا لِکُلِّ نَبِیٍّ عَدُوًّا مِّنَ الۡمُجۡرِمِیۡنَ ؕ وَ کَفٰی بِرَبِّکَ ہَادِیًا وَّ نَصِیۡرًا ﴿۳۱﴾
31. And that is how We make for every Prophet an enemy from among the evildoers. And your Lord is sufficient as a Guide and Helper.
وكذلك جعلنا لكل نبي عدوا من المجرمين وكفى بربك هاديا ونصيرا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 31)
وَ قَالَ الَّذِیۡنَ کَفَرُوۡا لَوۡ لَا نُزِّلَ عَلَیۡہِ الۡقُرۡاٰنُ جُمۡلَۃً وَّاحِدَۃً ۚۛ کَذٰلِکَ ۚۛ لِنُثَبِّتَ بِہٖ فُؤَادَکَ وَ رَتَّلۡنٰہُ تَرۡتِیۡلًا ﴿۳۲﴾
32. And the disbelievers say: ‘Why was the Qur’an not revealed to him all at once?’ Thus (We have sent the Qur’an down in intervals) so that We may keep strengthening your heart with it. We have recited it (to you gradually) in a measured pace.
وقال الذين كفروا لولا نزل عليه القرآن جملة واحدة كذلك لنثبت به فؤادك ورتلناه ترتيلا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 32)
اَلَّذِیۡنَ یُحۡشَرُوۡنَ عَلٰی وُجُوۡہِہِمۡ اِلٰی جَہَنَّمَ ۙ اُولٰٓئِکَ شَرٌّ مَّکَانًا وَّ اَضَلُّ سَبِیۡلًا ﴿٪۳۴﴾
34. Those who will be dragged upon their faces towards Hell will be in the worst place and are (now) farthest from the right way.
الذين يحشرون على وجوههم إلى جهنم أولئك شر مكانا وأضل سبيلا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 34)
وَ قَوۡمَ نُوۡحٍ لَّمَّا کَذَّبُوا الرُّسُلَ اَغۡرَقۡنٰہُمۡ وَ جَعَلۡنٰہُمۡ لِلنَّاسِ اٰیَۃً ؕ وَ اَعۡتَدۡنَا لِلظّٰلِمِیۡنَ عَذَابًا اَلِیۡمًا ﴿ۚۖ۳۷﴾
37. And the people of Nuh (Noah), We drowned them when they denied the messengers and made them a sign for humankind. And We have prepared for the wrongdoers a painful punishment.
وقوم نوح لما كذبوا الرسل أغرقناهم وجعلناهم للناس آية وأعتدنا للظالمين عذابا أليما
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 37)
وَ لَقَدۡ اَتَوۡا عَلَی الۡقَرۡیَۃِ الَّتِیۡۤ اُمۡطِرَتۡ مَطَرَ السَّوۡءِ ؕ اَفَلَمۡ یَکُوۡنُوۡا یَرَوۡنَہَا ۚ بَلۡ کَانُوۡا لَا یَرۡجُوۡنَ نُشُوۡرًا ﴿۴۰﴾
40. Indeed, they must have passed by the town (of Sodom), which had been showered with a terrible rain (of stones). Have they not seen it? Yet they did not hope to be resurrected.
ولقد أتوا على القرية التي أمطرت مطر السوء أفلم يكونوا يرونها بل كانوا لا يرجون نشورا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 40)
وَ اِذَا رَاَوۡکَ اِنۡ یَّتَّخِذُوۡنَکَ اِلَّا ہُزُوًا ؕ اَہٰذَا الَّذِیۡ بَعَثَ اللّٰہُ رَسُوۡلًا ﴿۴۱﴾
41. And when they see you, they do nothing but make fun of you, (saying): ‘Is this the one whom Allah has sent as a messenger?
وإذا رأوك إن يتخذونك إلا هزوا أهذا الذي بعث الله رسولا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 41)
اِنۡ کَادَ لَیُضِلُّنَا عَنۡ اٰلِہَتِنَا لَوۡ لَاۤ اَنۡ صَبَرۡنَا عَلَیۡہَا ؕ وَ سَوۡفَ یَعۡلَمُوۡنَ حِیۡنَ یَرَوۡنَ الۡعَذَابَ مَنۡ اَضَلُّ سَبِیۡلًا ﴿۴۲﴾
42. Indeed, he was about to lead us astray from our gods if we had not stood firmly by them. And soon they will realise when they see the punishment who is further astray from the (right) path.
إن كاد ليضلنا عن آلهتنا لولا أن صبرنا عليها وسوف يعلمون حين يرون العذاب من أضل سبيلا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 42)
اَمۡ تَحۡسَبُ اَنَّ اَکۡثَرَہُمۡ یَسۡمَعُوۡنَ اَوۡ یَعۡقِلُوۡنَ ؕ اِنۡ ہُمۡ اِلَّا کَالۡاَنۡعَامِ بَلۡ ہُمۡ اَضَلُّ سَبِیۡلًا ﴿٪۴۴﴾
44. Do you think that most of them listen or understand? They are just like cattle. Instead, they are further astray from the (right) way.
أم تحسب أن أكثرهم يسمعون أو يعقلون إن هم إلا كالأنعام بل هم أضل سبيلا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 44)
اَلَمۡ تَرَ اِلٰی رَبِّکَ کَیۡفَ مَدَّ الظِّلَّ ۚ وَ لَوۡ شَآءَ لَجَعَلَہٗ سَاکِنًا ۚ ثُمَّ جَعَلۡنَا الشَّمۡسَ عَلَیۡہِ دَلِیۡلًا ﴿ۙ۴۵﴾
45. Have you not considered how your Lord extends the shade (till noon)? Had He willed, He could have made it (remain) stationary. Then We made the sun an indicator over it.
ألم تر إلى ربك كيف مد الظل ولو شاء لجعله ساكنا ثم جعلنا الشمس عليه دليلا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 45)
وَ ہُوَ الَّذِیۡ جَعَلَ لَکُمُ الَّیۡلَ لِبَاسًا وَّ النَّوۡمَ سُبَاتًا وَّ جَعَلَ النَّہَارَ نُشُوۡرًا ﴿۴۷﴾
47. And He is the One Who made the night for you as a covering and sleep as a (means of) rest. And He made the day for rising again (so that you may earn a livelihood).
وهو الذي جعل لكم الليل لباسا والنوم سباتا وجعل النهار نشورا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 47)
وَ ہُوَ الَّذِیۡۤ اَرۡسَلَ الرِّیٰحَ بُشۡرًۢا بَیۡنَ یَدَیۡ رَحۡمَتِہٖ ۚ وَ اَنۡزَلۡنَا مِنَ السَّمَآءِ مَآءً طَہُوۡرًا ﴿ۙ۴۸﴾
48. And He is the One Who sends the winds as good news heralding His mercy. And We send down from the sky purifying water,
وهو الذي أرسل الرياح بشرا بين يدي رحمته وأنزلنا من السماء ماء طهورا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 48)
لِّنُحۡیِۦَ بِہٖ بَلۡدَۃً مَّیۡتًا وَّ نُسۡقِیَہٗ مِمَّا خَلَقۡنَاۤ اَنۡعَامًا وَّ اَنَاسِیَّ کَثِیۡرًا ﴿۴۹﴾
49. so that We may revive a dead land with it and provide it as a drink to many of the cattle and humans We have created.
لنحيي به بلدة ميتا ونسقيه مما خلقنا أنعاما وأناسي كثيرا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 49)
وَ لَقَدۡ صَرَّفۡنٰہُ بَیۡنَہُمۡ لِیَذَّکَّرُوۡا ۫ۖ فَاَبٰۤی اَکۡثَرُ النَّاسِ اِلَّا کُفُوۡرًا ﴿۵۰﴾
50. Indeed, We distribute it among them so they may be mindful of advice. But most people refuse (to be anything) but ungrateful.
ولقد صرفناه بينهم ليذكروا فأبى أكثر الناس إلا كفورا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 50)
وَ ہُوَ الَّذِیۡ مَرَجَ الۡبَحۡرَیۡنِ ہٰذَا عَذۡبٌ فُرَاتٌ وَّ ہٰذَا مِلۡحٌ اُجَاجٌ ۚ وَ جَعَلَ بَیۡنَہُمَا بَرۡزَخًا وَّ حِجۡرًا مَّحۡجُوۡرًا ﴿۵۳﴾
53. And He is the One Who has merged the two seas: this one sweet and fresh, and that one salty and bitter. And between the two, He has made a barrier and a forbidden hindrance.
وهو الذي مرج البحرين هذا عذب فرات وهذا ملح أجاج وجعل بينهما برزخا وحجرا محجورا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 53)
وَ ہُوَ الَّذِیۡ خَلَقَ مِنَ الۡمَآءِ بَشَرًا فَجَعَلَہٗ نَسَبًا وَّ صِہۡرًا ؕ وَ کَانَ رَبُّکَ قَدِیۡرًا ﴿۵۴﴾
54. He is the One Who created the human being from water, then made him kin with ties of blood and marriage. And your Lord is All-Capable.
وهو الذي خلق من الماء بشرا فجعله نسبا وصهرا وكان ربك قديرا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 54)
وَ یَعۡبُدُوۡنَ مِنۡ دُوۡنِ اللّٰہِ مَا لَا یَنۡفَعُہُمۡ وَ لَا یَضُرُّہُمۡ ؕ وَ کَانَ الۡکَافِرُ عَلٰی رَبِّہٖ ظَہِیۡرًا ﴿۵۵﴾
55. Yet they worship (things) besides Allah, which can neither benefit them nor cause them harm. And the disbeliever is always a helper (of Satan) against his Lord(’s command).
ويعبدون من دون الله ما لا ينفعهم ولا يضرهم وكان الكافر على ربه ظهيرا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 55)
قُلۡ مَاۤ اَسۡـَٔلُکُمۡ عَلَیۡہِ مِنۡ اَجۡرٍ اِلَّا مَنۡ شَآءَ اَنۡ یَّتَّخِذَ اِلٰی رَبِّہٖ سَبِیۡلًا ﴿۵۷﴾
57. Say: ‘I do not ask you any reward for this (message), but whoever wishes should take the path to his Lord.’
قل ما أسألكم عليه من أجر إلا من شاء أن يتخذ إلى ربه سبيلا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 57)
وَ تَوَکَّلۡ عَلَی الۡحَیِّ الَّذِیۡ لَا یَمُوۡتُ وَ سَبِّحۡ بِحَمۡدِہٖ ؕ وَ کَفٰی بِہٖ بِذُنُوۡبِ عِبَادِہٖ خَبِیۡرَا ﴿ۚۛۙ۵۸﴾
58. Put your trust in the Living One, Who never dies. And glorify (Him) with His praise. And He suffices as One All-Aware of His servants’ sins.
وتوكل على الحي الذي لا يموت وسبح بحمده وكفى به بذنوب عباده خبيرا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 58)
ۣالَّذِیۡ خَلَقَ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ الۡاَرۡضَ وَ مَا بَیۡنَہُمَا فِیۡ سِتَّۃِ اَیَّامٍ ثُمَّ اسۡتَوٰی عَلَی الۡعَرۡشِ ۚۛ اَلرَّحۡمٰنُ فَسۡـَٔلۡ بِہٖ خَبِیۡرًا ﴿۵۹﴾
59. He (is the One) Who created the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them in six periods, then He established (His authority) on the Throne (as befitting His Majesty). The Most-Compassionate (Lord), so ask about Him, someone who is well aware (of Him).
* The expression used in the verse ‘sitta ayyam’ denotes six stages or periods of creation and not six days in general sense because here the subject is the creation of the earth and all the heavenly bodies, galaxies, stars, planets and space when night and day did not exist.
الذي خلق السماوات والأرض وما بينهما في ستة أيام ثم استوى على العرش الرحمن فاسأل به خبيرا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 59)
وَ اِذَا قِیۡلَ لَہُمُ اسۡجُدُوۡا لِلرَّحۡمٰنِ قَالُوۡا وَ مَا الرَّحۡمٰنُ ٭ اَنَسۡجُدُ لِمَا تَاۡمُرُنَا وَ زَادَہُمۡ نُفُوۡرًا ﴿٪ٛ۶۰﴾
60. When they are told, ‘Prostrate yourselves before the Most-Compassionate (Lord),’ they say: ‘What is the Most-Compassionate (Lord)? Shall we prostrate ourselves before whatever you command us?’ So, it increases their aversion.
وإذا قيل لهم اسجدوا للرحمن قالوا وما الرحمن أنسجد لما تأمرنا وزادهم نفورا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 60)
تَبٰرَکَ الَّذِیۡ جَعَلَ فِی السَّمَآءِ بُرُوۡجًا وَّ جَعَلَ فِیۡہَا سِرٰجًا وَّ قَمَرًا مُّنِیۡرًا ﴿۶۱﴾
61. Blessed is He Who made vast mansions in the sky (in the form of galaxies) and made in it a (light-generating and heat-releasing) lamp (i.e. the sun) and a shining (light-reflecting) moon.
تبارك الذي جعل في السماء بروجا وجعل فيها سراجا وقمرا منيرا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 61)
وَ ہُوَ الَّذِیۡ جَعَلَ الَّیۡلَ وَ النَّہَارَ خِلۡفَۃً لِّمَنۡ اَرَادَ اَنۡ یَّذَّکَّرَ اَوۡ اَرَادَ شُکُوۡرًا ﴿۶۲﴾
62. And He is the One Who made the night and the day in succession (of each other), for one who desires to be mindful or desires to be thankful.
وهو الذي جعل الليل والنهار خلفة لمن أراد أن يذكر أو أراد شكورا
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 62)
وَ عِبَادُ الرَّحۡمٰنِ الَّذِیۡنَ یَمۡشُوۡنَ عَلَی الۡاَرۡضِ ہَوۡنًا وَّ اِذَا خَاطَبَہُمُ الۡجٰہِلُوۡنَ قَالُوۡا سَلٰمًا ﴿۶۳﴾
63. And the servants of the Most-Compassionate (Lord) are the ones who walk humbly upon the earth, and when the ignorant address them (indecently), they only respond with words of peace and gentleness.
وعباد الرحمن الذين يمشون على الأرض هونا وإذا خاطبهم الجاهلون قالوا سلاما
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 63)
وَ الَّذِیۡنَ یَقُوۡلُوۡنَ رَبَّنَا اصۡرِفۡ عَنَّا عَذَابَ جَہَنَّمَ ٭ۖ اِنَّ عَذَابَہَا کَانَ غَرَامًا ﴿٭ۖ۶۵﴾
65. And those who say: ‘Our Lord! Turn away from us the punishment of the Hellfire. Indeed, its punishment is most terrible (and everlasting).
والذين يقولون ربنا اصرف عنا عذاب جهنم إن عذابها كان غراما
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 65)
وَ الَّذِیۡنَ اِذَاۤ اَنۡفَقُوۡا لَمۡ یُسۡرِفُوۡا وَ لَمۡ یَقۡتُرُوۡا وَ کَانَ بَیۡنَ ذٰلِکَ قَوَامًا ﴿۶۷﴾
67. And (they are) those who, when they spend, are neither wasteful nor miserly, and they maintain moderation between these (two extremes).
والذين إذا أنفقوا لم يسرفوا ولم يقتروا وكان بين ذلك قواما
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 67)
وَ الَّذِیۡنَ لَا یَدۡعُوۡنَ مَعَ اللّٰہِ اِلٰـہًا اٰخَرَ وَ لَا یَقۡتُلُوۡنَ النَّفۡسَ الَّتِیۡ حَرَّمَ اللّٰہُ اِلَّا بِالۡحَقِّ وَ لَا یَزۡنُوۡنَ ۚ وَ مَنۡ یَّفۡعَلۡ ذٰلِکَ یَلۡقَ اَثَامًا ﴿ۙ۶۸﴾
68. And (they are) those who do not worship another god besides Allah, do not kill the soul that Allah has made inviolable, except in the lawful way, and do not commit adultery. And whoever does that shall face retribution.
والذين لا يدعون مع الله إلها آخر ولا يقتلون النفس التي حرم الله إلا بالحق ولا يزنون ومن يفعل ذلك يلق أثاما
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 68)
اِلَّا مَنۡ تَابَ وَ اٰمَنَ وَ عَمِلَ عَمَلًا صَالِحًا فَاُولٰٓئِکَ یُبَدِّلُ اللّٰہُ سَیِّاٰتِہِمۡ حَسَنٰتٍ ؕ وَ کَانَ اللّٰہُ غَفُوۡرًا رَّحِیۡمًا ﴿۷۰﴾
70. except those who repent, believe and perform righteous deeds. For them, Allah will replace their evil deeds with good deeds. And Allah is Most Forgiving, All-Merciful.
إلا من تاب وآمن وعمل عملا صالحا فأولئك يبدل الله سيئاتهم حسنات وكان الله غفورا رحيما
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 70)
وَ الَّذِیۡنَ یَقُوۡلُوۡنَ رَبَّنَا ہَبۡ لَنَا مِنۡ اَزۡوَاجِنَا وَ ذُرِّیّٰتِنَا قُرَّۃَ اَعۡیُنٍ وَّ اجۡعَلۡنَا لِلۡمُتَّقِیۡنَ اِمَامًا ﴿۷۴﴾
74. and those who say: ‘Our Lord! Grant us comfort in our spouses and our offspring, and make us a leading model for the God-conscious.’
والذين يقولون ربنا هب لنا من أزواجنا وذرياتنا قرة أعين واجعلنا للمتقين إماما
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 74)
اُولٰٓئِکَ یُجۡزَوۡنَ الۡغُرۡفَۃَ بِمَا صَبَرُوۡا وَ یُلَقَّوۡنَ فِیۡہَا تَحِیَّۃً وَّ سَلٰمًا ﴿ۙ۷۵﴾
75. These (noble servants) shall be rewarded with elevated mansions (in Paradise) for their patience. And they shall be received there with greetings and (salutations of) peace,
أولئك يجزون الغرفة بما صبروا ويلقون فيها تحية وسلاما
(الْفُرْقَان، 25 : 75)
قُلۡ مَا یَعۡبَؤُا بِکُمۡ رَبِّیۡ لَوۡ لَا دُعَآؤُکُمۡ ۚ فَقَدۡ کَذَّبۡتُمۡ فَسَوۡفَ یَکُوۡنُ لِزَامًا ﴿٪۷۷﴾
